SMS Terms & Opt-Out

Repeva is a messaging service that local businesses use to send appointment reminders, review requests, and follow-up messages to their own customers. When you receive a message sent through Repeva, it comes from the business you have a relationship with, sent on their behalf.

Businesses that use our service are required to get your consent before messaging you. You agree to receive messages when you provide your phone number to a business and opt in to their messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, review requests, and occasional updates or offers from the business you interact with. Message frequency varies depending on the business and your activity with them.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from that business through our service, unless you opt in again.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@repeva.com. You can also reach out to the business that is messaging you directly.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Repeva does not charge you, the message recipient, for these messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and other factors outside our control.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how information is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
